We have had a long Fall and uncooperative weather since ‘opening’ up shop here in Central PA! With only a few days of actually serving from the cart since we passed our Food Safety Certification in late November! Days like today make us anxious to get out and introduce a growing list of online friends to our top quality, all beef Sabrett Hot Dogs and daily ‘special’ sides!
We appreciate everyone who follows here and all Social Media outlets (if you want to find us on Social Media, just search Colonel’s Coneys and we should be there) and promise many special rewards for your online friendship! More importantly we PROMISE that we will be open in and around South Central PA on a regular basis as the earliest signs of Spring arrive! Over these crazy Winter months, it will be hit or miss and we will post days we will be open and where on our FaceBook page first and then other Social Media to follow.
That brings me to the most common question we’ve received since opening and to be brief; NO we are NOT a restaurant and have no ‘brick & mortar’ location from which we serve food. No plans currently in the works for that either. We prefer the ability to move around and share the goodness! We DO have a physical office and Commissary where we conduct day to day office work and meet with Catering Clients. It is located about 5 miles south of Carlisle.
